Ben Chaddock is a former professional cyclist (2010–2014) and the 2012 Canadian National Criterium Champion. Today, he helps athletes, coaches, and coach developers pursue meaningful improvement through daily practice grounded in purpose, reflection, and long-term development.
Ben’s coaching combines practical race experience, coach education, and evidence-informed learning design. His approach is built for people who want more than motivation alone: better skills, clearer habits, stronger decision-making, and a more rewarding sport experience.
Whether you are preparing for your first race, building confidence in a group, improving cornering and tactical awareness, or looking for a more thoughtful training process, Toque Coaching offers structured support that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity.
