What is Flat Fridays?  

I believe that creating a fun, non-competitive but socially-stimulating experience is key to improving cycling skills.

A friendly group environment that stimulates various abilities, progresses in a logical manner and reduces the risk of injury.

At Flat Fridays, I hope to bring riders of various interests together, using flat pedals and regular shoes, to improve basic to advanced cycling techniques through a mix of stimulating courses and games in preparation for the upcoming cyclocross season.

These skill progressions and games come directly from my experience working with cyclists of all ages and abilities since 2009.

Please Note:
*   A Toque Coaching Liability Release waiver is required to participate.
*   Flat pedals are optional; however, regular street shoes are required for safety purposes. If you forget your flats or are new to Flat Fridays, I will be bringing 5 sets (free of charge on a 1st come-1st serve basis).
*   Day of registration is available. A liability release will be required. Cash only*

  • Sept. 15th:   5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Sept. 22nd:   5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Sept. 29th:   5.30 pm – 7:00 pm
